Good to Great

I am re-reading Jim Collins’ book ‘Good to Great’. In it he discusses how technology can help you get from good to great but it can’t be what takes you from good to great. This idea is not a new idea but I really like the way he presents it. It comes back to the central idea of People, Process, & Technology. In his words, The Who – then – The What – then – The How.
