Always Food Safe President, Nick Eastwood, brings over 35 years of foodservice industry experience to the table. Much of his expertise comes from establishing learner-focused, video-based, engaging, food safety training. He is passionate about food safety and ensuring learners have the best possible experience.

Nick is also a board member of CFPM, (Conference of Food Protection Manager), where amongst his peers, they discuss food safety and how to implement safe practices in a rapidly developing market. Nick is originally from Manchester, UK and has lived and worked in the US for over 8 years.

Always Food Safe has issued over 250,000 certificates, dealing with 85,000 businesses. Our video-based training has been viewed for over 1 million hours!
