With over 35 years of diverse experience in the foodservice industry, Gary’s honed his expertise through roles at renowned companies like Compass Group, Aramark, Arby’s, Honeybaked Ham, and GPS Hospitality. His journey spans from contract foodservice management to quick-service restaurants, including iconic brands like Burger King, Pizza Hut, and Popeyes. Currently, as VP of Operations Support at GPS Hospitality, he oversees a network of 500 restaurants, providing crucial support in training, information technology, and operational systems to drive excellence across the board.

Edgar Villa

VP of Operations

Edgar Villa boasts a career spanning over 25 years in the fast-paced realm of restaurant management. Beginning as a crew member at CKE, he swiftly ascended the ranks, culminating in his role as District Manager, where he honed his skills over 14 years. Transitioning to Blaze Pizza, he dedicated 8 years to the brand, serving as Director of Operations, orchestrating seamless culinary experiences. His journey continued at Dave’s Hot Chicken, where he spent 3 years as VP of Operations, contributing to the brand’s growth and success. With a wealth of experience and a passion for excellence, Edgar Villa is a dynamic leader in the food industry.
