Restaurant365 is thrilled to announce the inaugural Customer Excellence Awards. This award celebrates the innovation, impact, and passion of the incredible restaurant leaders who use Restaurant365 to grow their margins and businesses with real-time, actionable insights into food and labor costs. The awards will celebrate outstanding restaurant operators who excel in three categories.Â
Three semi-finalists will be chosen for each category, nine total restaurants. After an interview process with our judges, three finalists will be selected, one for each category. Finally, and overall winner will be selected from the three finalists. Â
A panel of judges made of up Restaurant365 team members with deep industry expertise will consider the following criteria when selecting semi-finalists, finalists and eventually the winner:Â
To be considered eligible for an award, you must be a current R365 customer, using at least one of the following solutions: Accounting, Workforce Management, Inventory, Payroll, or ExpandShare. You must be able to demonstrate quantifiable improvement in operational efficiency, employee management, or profitability within the last 12 months. And finally, you must be willing to share your success story publicly if you are selected as a finalist or a winner. Â
If any of this sounds like you and your business, your nomination must be submitted by July 15th, 2025. Submissions will be reviewed from July 15th through August 31st. Semi-finalists will be contacted after August 1st to schedule interviews with the judging panel. Finalists will be announced on August 31st and winners will be announced at the Restaurant365 Transformation Festival in San Diego, CA beginning on September 21st, 2025. Â
