Paul Bedeski is the Manager of Customer Success at Restaurant365, where he has been supporting restaurant partners since 2018. He began his journey as an Implementation Coach before transitioning to the Professional Services team, and for the past three years, he has led Customer Success efforts. Prior to joining Restaurant365, Paul built a strong foundation in restaurant operations with leadership roles at Darden, Chuy’s, Dave & Buster’s, and California Pizza Kitchen, holding positions across the kitchen, front of house, bar, and eventually as General Manager. Outside of work, Paul enjoys traveling with his wife and two kids, and has recently picked up pickleball, chasing the latest craze.
