Solutions Architect, Restaurant365

With a deep background in technology and a foundation in restaurant operations and accounting, Marc Cohen serves as the leader of the Solutions Architect team for Restaurant365, a cloud-based all-inclusive back office solution that combines key restaurant modules with an integrated accounting backbone. Cohen is no stranger to restaurants. He began his career nearly 20 years ago as a corporate trainer for a large national restaurant group helping them grow to 120 units. After cutting his teeth running a the most popular restaurant in LA (Zagat) he went to work for two LA based celebrity chefs as a General Manager at their Ciudad and Border Grill restaurants before eventually moving into the corporate office as Integrated Technology and Systems Manager. This led him into the Restaurant Operations Manager position at an accounting firm with a restaurant focused practice.  Overseeing business management and consulting for the firm’s restaurant clients and evaluating new technology solutions pointed him directly at Restaruant365.  Through his many roles within the industry, Cohen has developed a deep knowledge of software implementation, point-of-sale (POS) integration, menu engineering, and business intelligence. When Cohen is not working with restaurants to help them perform better, he spends his time at home cooking with his wife and dog.
