Tony Smith is Chief Executive Officer and a Co-founder of Restaurant365. Tony’s career has centered on using software to solve business issues across various industries. Prior to starting Restaurant365 he was Director of Services at Dynamic Methods, a software consulting company focused primarily on designing and implementing accounting and operations software solutions. From the beginning at Restaurant365 he spent the majority of his time designing and creating an innovative product that would move the restaurant industry forward. Today he primarily focuses on company vision, culture, growth and long-term strategy. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business management and information systems, magna cum laude, from Brigham Young University. Tony enjoys life while trying out new restaurants, spending time with his girls – wife and 4 daughters, singing and watching college football.

Co-Founder and Chief Strategist
John Moody is Co-Founder and Chief Strategist of Restaurant365 where he focuses on long-term strategic initiatives and forming key partnerships. He has more than 20 years’ experience in helping companies leverage technology to streamline operations, improve financial management, and use actionable reporting. John has a passion for technology and productivity and using those elements to make time for the things that matter. He has an undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Pepperdine University and also enjoys surfing and traveling with his family.

Co-Founder and Chief Customer Advocate
Morgan Harris is Co-Founder and Chief Customer Advocate at Restaurant365 where he supports large accounts, strategic partnerships, and works on executive level sales. He has worked in accounting since 1998 and earned his CPA license while working with PwC as an auditor. Morgan is passionate about restaurant accounting software and R365’s positive impact on the restaurant industry and he eloquently shares this message everywhere he goes. He holds an accounting degree from Brigham Young University. In his free time, he enjoys golf, biking, traveling, skiing and snowboarding as well as spending time with his wife and watching his five kids play any and every sport.
Morgan’s Favorite Food: A real Italian pizza
As Chief Technology Officer, Kevin Beach leads Restaurant365’s engineering and technology strategy, ensuring a scalable architecture and infrastructure. He joined the company from Velocify, a cloud-based lead management software provider, where he assisted with the technology growth from startup phase through its sale to Ellie Mae (NYSE: ELLI). Prior to that, he managed the engineering team at Cornerstone OnDemand (NASDAQ: CSOD) where he helped propel the company from its pre-revenue stage to become the market leader in web-based talent management systems, and ultimately the largest IPO in Los Angeles history at the time. Kevin brings vast amounts of engineering expertise, leadership skills, and deep technical understanding of the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) industry to R365 where he’s currently responsible for development, architecture, quality assurance, and development operations. He earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science and computer engineering from the University of Southern California. Kevin loves college football, great food, and of course his dog.

Jill is responsible for the overall company culture at Restaurant365 and has a passion for people. She brings a wealth of industry and HR experience specializing in organizational design, employee development, and integrated talent acquisition. She is skilled at creating HR strategies that make a difference to both the employees and the business. With a graduate degree in conflict resolution from Cal State University, Chico, her main objective is to elevate the employee experience while driving for business results. She enjoys planning travel adventures with her family, shopping, and chilling at home with their dog, Cody.

VP of Product
Mark Calvillo is all things product at Restaurant365. As the VP of Product, he drives overall product strategy and roadmap, leading the product management and user experience teams. Mark is a strategic product management and innovation professional with entrepreneurial skills and 20+ years of technology and product leadership experience over both web and mobile. He is skilled in managing the full product life cycle (conception to consumer) by collaborating with customers, technical teams and executives. He holds a degree in Information Technology from Chapman University. Mark loves cars, having swapped them every 1 ½ years since he got his license. He’s deathly afraid of heights but also enjoys hiking, traveling, and trying new foods – he has eaten crickets.

As Chief Financial Officer at Restaurant365, Brett Miller is responsible for financial and strategic functions including accounting, audit, treasury, corporate finance, and corporate strategy. He also leads all IT related activities. Prior to joining R365, Brett led the M&A and global strategy teams for a Fortune 500 manufacturing company. He received his CPA license while a member of the Transaction Services team at KPMG. Brett holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Brigham Young University as well as a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Utah. He enjoys running, playing basketball, watching the NBA and college football, and spending time with his wife and four children.

VP of Sales
Jimmy Speyer is Vice President of Sales at Restaurant365. In his role, he sets sales strategy and oversees the Austin office. For him, combining discipline and strategy with a lively, fun and fast-paced atmosphere has been a key factor to ensure Restaurant365’s ability to recruit and retain top talent. In his tenure at R365, he has rapidly grown the sales team from three account execs to now a major sales and business development organization. His leadership has provided the company with world-class sales onboarding processes, rep training programs and sales tools setting the company up for success with multiple consecutive years of doubled growth. Jimmy earned his bachelor’s degree in Communications at the University of Minnesota. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball, building furniture and reading books to sharpen his business skills.

VP of Customer Success
As Restaurant365’s VP of Customer Success, Kris Sundberg leads training, onboarding, support, and customer service teams. Kris loves working with an innovative team and a fast-growing list of great clients helping them streamline restaurant accounting and operations. He joined R365 from Cisco and his entire career has centered around software implementation and project management. As a skilled communicator and someone who can inject energy and creativity into any situation, Kris was born to drive customer satisfaction. He studied business and engineering at Brigham Young University. He’s an accomplished photographer and loves any adventure he can find, especially those found in the wild.

Katie Fairchild is the Senior Vice President of Marketing at Restaurant365. In her role, she is a growth driver, customer champion and capability builder, enabling interactions that deliver on Resturant365’s brand promise. She has 15+ years of leadership experience and is skilled in driving measurable, predictable growth through integrated marketing efforts. Katie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master’s degree in Mathematics from DePaul University, bringing a unique balance of left- and right-brained thinking to all initiatives. In her free time, she enjoys frequenting the Chicago dining scene, traveling and spending time with her husband, two daughters and dog.

Will Emmons is the Chief Sales Officer at Restaurant365 where he is responsible for driving strategy and execution of our sales initiatives. He has spent his entire career running sales organizations in both media and SaaS businesses spanning North America, Asia Pacific, Europe and the Middle East. Before joining Restauraunt365 Will was the Chief Revenue Officer at Renaizant where he drove the company GTM strategy for their performance management SaaS solution. Will has a finance degree from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, mountain biking, skiing or snowboarding, and international travel. He is also a foodie at heart and is always up for trying new restaurants with his family.
